Wouldn't it help a great deal in political discourse if we had reliable journalism again or do most people watch the news for entertainment? Local news is always factual but national news leaves a lot to be desired. Is it because of 24/7 news channels having to fill in the time and keep up the ratings?

Answer: For any hope of an even marginally objective media in the future, you would have to excise the cancer of leftist indoctrination and the pervasive Marxist culture which have metastasized within our institutions of "higher learning". Tomorrows journalist and teachers are products of a system which no longer teaches students how to think, instead it teaches them what to think. Any thought expressed by a student that falls outside of what liberal doctrine defines as "politically correct" is met with disdain, ridicule, marginalization, and the threat of social and professional excommunication. Sadly this mindset and culture is carried with them into the workplace making any semblance of journalistic integrity impossible.

It's really sad that when these celebrities were in trouble they were like a public train wreck in dire need of help and it seemed like everyone would avoid them for fear of the bad reputation or to be included in with the drug use.
