Answer: It is actually best to not super charge but first do an engine swap from the stock 5.0 to the 5.0HO (High Output) motor and then star bolting things on. The only parts you need to initially swap for the HO conversion is a HO motor (pretty cheap since they were in 'stangs) and a computer out of a Lincoln Mark VII. Answer: Generally no. And I will explain why. Banks don't like to make business loans to elderly people because their longevity (life span) is obviously running shorter. What I have personally witnessed is that an older person (man or woman) would get the loan and then die within a few years. Then the bank has to chase after the estate to try to get the remaining funds paid back. And it can get very complicated. About the only way to secure such a loan would be to also have a life insurance policy on the borrower as collateral. HOWEVER, the premium payments on a life insurance policy at age 89 would be astronomical.

Answer: You can put 350 vortex heads on a TOBI (throttle Body injection) engine. You will have to get an aftermarket intake. GM Performance and Holley make them. They are about $295 new. Answer: most integrals are easily solved on the ti-89. when your at the main screen, pull down the Calv tab (F3) then enter the expression you wish to integrate in the form EXPR,VAR[,LOW,UP] for example (x^2,x) or for the area between x = 1 and 2 (x^2,x,1,2) I'm not as sure for something that will do all partial fractions but one method that seems to work is the expand() function under the algebra folder(F2) I tried it on 2 and seems to have worked so the form is (EXPR[,VAR]) just type in expand((x-1)/((3x-5)*(x-3)) and for combining partial fractions use the factor function also under the algebra folder. There are a lot of programs to help with calculus problems on WNW.TiCalc.org and on education.ti.com but you'll need a ways to upload them to your calculator.

Answer: It's your lucky day. I've lived in the area and driven every single mile of that trip in every month of the year. For the most part US 89 is a good 2/3 lane road that is more well traveled from the US /US 89 jct and south then it is to the north .. The only exception would during boating season weekends when residents of the Phoenix Metro area tow their boats up to Page/Lake Powell. US 89 does have a couple of tricks to driving it and the most important one is exercising extreme caution when passing , being passed by a vehicle that's moving in your direction and being in the "passing lane " of a vehicle that's coming towards you. For much of it's length fuel and clean restrooms can be hard to find Northbound from Flagstaff,Cameron, Page and Kan ab UT are all good pit-stops The stretch from Kan ab to Bryce is high and does get subject to crosswinds as does most of the Navajo reservation As far as up climbing and down climbing goes ; You have a reasonably gentle up hill run to the Sunset Crater turn off http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M597-6lhKrg Then it's 7% downhill to the Pin yon pines ,it flattens out all the way to a spot that is 2 miles north of the US 89 A turn-off >climbs steeply to the top of the mesa that Page is built on Over the dam bridge around the lake and then as it nears Kan ab it picks up a bit of altitude again Personally this alternate routing to Kan ab is one of my favorite roads in America Rather than head up the switchbacks to Page ,instead make a left onto US 89 A Cross the Navajo Bridge and then make a right to Lees Ferry proper,dip your toes in the Rio http://www.nps.gov/glca/historyculture/navajobridge.htm Then head back to US 89 A make a right, under the Vermilion Cliffs Up the steep switchbacks to Jacob Lake and then downhill to Fredia AZ and the meeting w/US 89 safe trip
