If the pitcher was a good hitter (Like C.C Sabbath, although he's now in the national league) and say the shortstop was a good fielder but was a very poor hitter, could the DH be for the shortstop and not the pitcher? His ADP is always at the back end of the first round, anywhere from 8-14. He's usually taken after the aforementioned SS and B top-tiers are gone and the prime B's like Pols, Moggy and Vito are gone. Halladay, and the top Sp's in general, are worth a look at the back end of the first round, but the depth at SP lends itself to the top-tier pitchers being taken in the early to mid second round of drafts. Dominican players have more pop and power but are not better situational hitters, runners, fielders, or pitchers than the Japanese.
