Answer: There should have been a small microchip in the back of your old phone beneath the battery. You need to take that out of the broken phone and put it in the new one. Then it should work. If the chip is damage you must go to the singular store to get a new one registered. It shouldn't cost you anything for them to do that.

Answer: The phones that Singular sell at their retail store aren't too great, but the new Sam sung D's is a HOT phone..... but I'm partial towards Sony Erickson, so I'd buy the W's. However, you might not know, but there are so many more phones that will work with singular (that aren't sold by cingular)...... Any unlocked GM phone will work, and I highly recommend Sony Erickson cell phones. If you have alto of money to spend, the k790a/k800i (~$450) has an amazing 3.2mp camera, or the WI (~$320) which has a MP camera and is purpose built for playing music (it even has FM radio).
