How do the endings work in F.E.A.R. 3? So I bought F.E.A.R. 3 today and began playing on single player campaign. I've heard about how there are two different endings (one good and one bad). Can anyone tell me how to get which ending on single player campaign?
Answer: You earn points in the campaign. Whoever earns the most points at the end of the game wins and triggers the player's ending.
What Are The Scariest Video Games You Have Played? From Video & On line Games Forum:
What are the scariest video games you have played? I really want to get Fatal Frame. I've also heard that Silent Hill & F.E.A.R are really scary as well. Which do you think is the scariest of those 3? & What is the creepiest/eeriest/scariest game you've ever played? Thanks!
Answer: Not sure about Silent hill, but between F.E.A.R and Fatal Frame I say Fatal Frame is scarier. Never had a really scary game, but the demo for Condemn made me jump a bit.
What Is The Concept Of Having A Little Girl With Black Hair Covering Half Their Face In Horror Movies? From Movies Forum:
What is the concept of having a little girl with black hair covering half their face in horror movies? I was wondering, because I see this in horror movies like The Ring, The Grudge and so on. Even in video games like F.E.A.R. there is a freaky little girl. Where did the idea for this concept come from? Is it because it creates fear not knowing what's behind that mask of black hair?
Answer: Well movies like The Ring and The Grudge are based off Japanese originals, and in the Japanese culture, as with many other Asian cultures, female ghost are depicted with white clothing and long disheveled black hair. This concept has now become more popular and has shown up in other pop culture such as F.E.A.R. For more information on its origins check this out link out. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y%C5%ABrei

How Can I Make My Laptop Run Games With Better Quality? From Laptops & Notebooks Forum:
How can I make my laptop run games with better quality? I have a brand new HP laptop. It can run a game like F.E.A.R. just fine (which is a couple years old). But I am trying to run games like Rainbow Six Vegas and I can only run it on about X or maybe a little better. Is there anything I can do to increase the quality of the graphics?
Answer: As far as I know.. these games would still depend on video card.. it would either be the Intel GAMA X which is the basic video card of most current laptops or the Nevada Ge force video cards found on more expensive laptops. ex. a mac book only has the X while the mac book pro has the force video card making it more expensive. oh yeah, I'm sorry to say that video cards on laptops cannot be upgraded so before buying one, better check all the specs if you would be satisfied with it..
What Do People Find So Scary About Evil Little Girls? From Polls & Surveys Forum:
What do people find so scary about evil little girls? We've seen it many times in movies and games like the grudge and the ring and the F.E.A.R series. Why is the same idea used over and over again? And more importantly, why does it work to create horrror?
Answer: Well you expect them to be really sweet, but when they go haywire, you get scared for them. Plus, kids in horror movies totally freak me out. "I see dead people" scared me forever. And when I saw Paranormal Activity 3 in October, those little girls freaked me out at the end.
Is Doom 3 A Game That You Have To Load Every Time You Kill An Enemy Without Getting Injured ?From Video & On line Games Forum:
Is Doom 3 a game that you have to load every time you kill an enemy without getting injured ? It's not even like F.E.A.R which u could use slow motion. It's too difficult to beat the game without saving every time you kill an enemy without no damage and using less bullets. I can't even find where I can reduce the difficulty.
Answer: You can use the skill console command to change the difficulty level. Read http://doom.wikia.com/wiki/Doom_3#Difficulty for more info. Of course, starting a new game with a different difficulty level is also an option. Anyway, Doom 3 is a bit like its old-school predecessors in that it is fairly challenging, and the player isn't designed to really have an advantage against enemies. So, it might take some time before you get the hang of it.
