The only things I can answer in the form is are the obvious ones, like your name and birth date. The only extra I know about it is the very first password, but its not really enough. As I never actually spent any emails with it, didn't really sort my emails with folders, or registered a credit card or Box LIVE account on it, I cant provide enough info.
Answer: Might be too late to get your account back. Most free emails nowadays are deleted within 270 days of not logging in. You may be able to create the email with that address again. outlook.com emails are also now available from hot mail, sounds more professional than @gmail or @hotmail emails
