Answer: Your anti virus is blocking access to the site. At some point, your system accessed hot mail and the system most likely asked you for permission. If you do not answer (or were away from your desktop), the pop-up times out and the system registers the site as blocked. Open Norton and look for a tab regarding blocked sites.
