How Can My Sunrising ZEA Be Fixed? From Maintenance & Repairs Forum:
How can my Sunrising Zea be fixed? My cell phone apparently ran out of battery juice about 5 weeks ago and tried to recharge it, and when I plugged it ti the charger nothing happened. I tried to look at it carefully all over, on the outside and inside(taking the battery cover out, the battery itself out, and the smart chip) and nothing. Then I called Singular to see what's going on, they were not able to help, and then I went to a local Singular store and they said none of the C stores have technicians to repair phones. So now I have cell that is partially apart (because I unscrewed all the screw es that keep together and tried to put only 2 screws back (half way). Can anybody help me with ideas, suggestions, pr oven methods of fixing, or at least direct me to some local places(about 10-15 miles around 98043-which is just 10 miles north from Seattle), businesses that can fix it for sure and not costing a lot of money? Thanks, Paul.
Answer: I have the same phone, and last February I walked into a Battery Plus store (to help my friend find a phone) and the guy working there said that my phone (the z520a) is notorious for having battery problems. So far it's worked fine for me, but maybe in your case the battery did fail. Maybe you can try calling a local Sony store, or Battery Plus, if you have those in your area (I'm near Toronto).
How Can I Get G (In Usa) On My Unlocked Niki N'S Ie?From Cell Phones & Plans Forum:
How can I get G (in USA) on my unlocked Niki N'S IE? Before purchasing the N'S from eBay, I went into a local Singular store and asked whether the phone would work with their G service. The lady there said that it would, as long as it is a quad-band phone. I went in there, having purchased the phone and the person working there told me it wouldn't because Singular USA and European providers work on different bands for G. Obviously I was annoyed. Can anyone please tell me whether there is a way for me to get G service for my Niki N'S IE?
Answer: Go to a Niki store. You will have to pay something.

How Does The Singular Prepaid Phone Work? From Cell Phones & Plans Forum:
How does the Singular prepaid phone work? I was looking at them in Radio shack today and don't quite understand how the prepaid phone cards work? Do they deduct money off of the card even if you use it every day? How does all that work? What if I don't use it every day, will they still take money away from the card?
Answer: first of all, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy your plan or phone from radio shack for the love of god. Radio Shack is infamous for screwing people over and giving them the wrong information. Go to a Singular store, they will provide you with the brand specific customer service and on top of that you can come back to us anytime if you ever have a problem, with Radio Shack, you would have to deal directly with them and that's hell. In regards to the way it works, there are a couple of different options. First you can "pick your plan". This option gives you most of the benefits of having a regular plan without taking out a contract for 2 years. You simply pay monthly from a checking account, credit or debit card, and you can even get one of those green dot pre-paid visa cards and just load the money on there to make the payments with. The payment comes automatically every month just like a billing cycle from whichever card or account you elect and the plans range from $29.99/mo for 200 minutes flat all the way to $69.99/mo for 650 minutes anytime and unlimited mobile to mobile and nights and weekends. Second, you can choose to buy refill cards in increments of $15, $25, $50, $75, and $100. $15 lasts for 30 days if unused, $25 $50, and $75 for 90 days and the $100 card will last for a whole year if unused. The plans for this option are one of two choices. You can go with the $.10/Minute + $1.00/Day activation plan if you use the phone frequently which comes with free mobile to mobile or just go with the flat $.25/min option with no benefits if you only use the phone for emergencies. Hope this helps, visit your local Singular store if you have any additional questions.

How do I send a picture to my Singular cell phone, from my yahoo account? I have a picture and I want to send it from my home computer to my cell phone,,please help!!!
Answer: I am not sure with Singular, but with Verizon and US Cellular you can have an email address assigned to your phone. Go to your local Singular store and see if they can assign an email address to your cell phone. Once you have one, just use your regular email to send it to your phone. example: email@example.com etc. etc.
What Are International Numbers For Cingular? I Got Charged For 35.00 Of Tex ting For It?From Cell Phones & Plans Forum:
What are international numbers for cingular? I got charged for 35.00 of testing for it? One of my lines got charged an extra 35.00 for testing an international number? how can you tell what numbers are being charged? can someone tell me like area codes that are international? or places? Because I text alto and it takes forever to go through my text messages on singulars website!? its cent for international an I do got unlimited. but I figured out what number it was it was a Canada number .
Answer: If you got charged $35.00 dollars for testing once to one cell phone then it should be fairly easy to narrow down. From what I have read it costs 20 cents per text to an international number. If you are testing that much I suggest you get the unlimited text message plan. I recommend going to your local singular store and look into the 20 dollar unlimited text message plan. Good luck.
When I Call A Land line Phone From My Cell Phone My Name Doesn't Come Up On Caller Id?From Cell Phones & Plans Forum:
When I call a land line phone from my cell phone my name doesn't come up on caller id? I just got a 2 yr contract w/ Cingular(At&t) and have a new phone in my name. Problem is when I call a land line phone it has someone else name. I called singular and they said their systems are updated and show my name. They said to just erase all the memory off my called id.To me that doesn't make sense plus my phones have built in caller id.How would I get this fixed?
Answer: Call them back, it is something they have to fix on their end. Just keep calling until they fix it or even go to a local Singular store and make them fix it while you stand there.
Why Wont Singular Let Me Set-Up My Voice Mail? From Cell Phones & Plans Forum:
Why wont Singular let me set-up my voice mail? I've been trying over an over again to set up my voice mail. I follow the instructions on the Singular website by pressing "1" and then entering my 10-didgit phone number, but the voice prompt says "Sorry, but there is no voice mail box for this number." So, it's not letting me set up my voice mail. How do I get around this? Should I just give up and take my phone to my local Singular store?
Answer: IF YOU PAID FOR VOICE MAIL. TAKING IT TO THE DEALER IS PROBABLY YOUR BEST OPTION.
