What happens if I am unable to make a payment installment on an item from QVC? I made a purchase from QC using their Easy Pay program (4 payments). I made 1 payment. I feel absolutely horrible, but there was a sudden, unexpected expense that was beyond my control and is not enabling me to pay. I don't know when I will be able to pay next. What do I do? What will they do?

Answer: My girlfriend swears by QC. It seems like everything in her house, and everything she wears came from QC. She had been shopping with them for many years, and then last year she bought something (jewelry I think) on the installment plan, and was unable to make a payment after the initial one. She said that they called, and she told them she would try to work something out with them, but that didn't happen. Then she started getting letters from them, and then from a collection agency. She said not only did she feel bad, but she was so upset because they cancelled her account. She also said that as of yet, it has not appeared on her credit report.
