I put the battery in my phone and when I went to switch my phone on it wouldn't work. Answer: First of all, make sure you follow the phone's user's manual on how to insert a battery. If your phone is plugged into the wall, unless either a) that outlet is bad, b) the cord for your phone is bad, c) the battery is bad or was put in backwards, upside down or whatever, or d) some combo of a, b, and/or c, your phone should at least show something of a display. I think you need to use another phone and call the company's tech/customer support line and have them help you. I heard that a warranty can be voided if the phone is put in wrongly or something like. Anyway, hope this helps.

Answer: From the pictures it appears to be a Videophone, so it's probably available in Europe. Europe uses different GM frequencies than the US, so chances are, you won't be able to use it, even if you can find it. Either way, check eBay's international sites. They should have a site for Taiwan and some other European countries. If you can't find it, look again 5-7 days later until you find it.

Answer: Unfortunately, you wont be able to. Most Japanese phones are all sim-locked. Which means that only Japanese operators are able to use the phone with their Sim cards inside. However... you can go to non-operator mobile shops (ie: not videophone or nett Como shops) and you can buy from them, telling them you want to use in the USA. They will unlock it for you for about 3000 yen. Do note that this is illegal but they still will do it for you for a small fee. They do it all the time in huge bundles and ship them to Hmong Kong unlocked. So far, the most common phone (super phone) that is easily unlocked would be the Sharp Sh. Check it out in Japan. It can be done. Hope this helps.
