Can I change my Sprint cell phone number to a different Sprint phone? I bought a Sprint Blackberry Pearl on line at EBay. I have a Sprint Razor, but it is an incredibly slow phone. I want to know if I can transfer my current Sprint number to my new Blackberry even though I didn't buy it at the Sprint store.

Call Sprint Customer Service (1-888-211-4727) from a different line (not the phone you're switching to or from) and tell the rep you want to do an "ESN swap." Answer: No you cannot. Yes they are both CD MA devices but a Sprint device and Verizon device have different network settings coded into the software. On some Blackberry's they can be edited to match those of Sprint but this is not recommended nor will a Sprint representative scan your ens from a Verizon phone into their system. I would stick to your Verizon service or take advantage of getting a phone at discount with Sprint if you are signing with them.

Answer: Verizon and AT&T are the same for monthly prices. Both are more expensive than Sprint. Your already on the cheapest provider out there, stick with them if saving money is the goal. If however your focus is on getting better service, perhaps consider switching. AT&T has the Phone and will be a little cheaper once you factor in all the little fees the Verizon charges. BUT on the other hand, Verizon has better reception and less dropped calls. Pick your poison.
