What if you do run on that treadmill at the fat burning zone then go home and have some juice, the wrong fruit, and a bagel thinking what you re doing is fine but in reality you just put those calories back on. The truth of the matter is simply eat more frequently but less. Move more. That will help because by eating more frequently you boost your metabolism by eating less you ll have a low calorie intake. Then find 60 to 80 percent of 200. So that's 120 to 160. That should be your target heart rate to burn fat. You can burn fat fastest by doing circuit training - run on the flat treadmill fast, then incline the treadmill and walk while lifting small hand weights, lower the treadmill and run fast, repeat, etc.
