Answer: Pangolin free soft phone has feature where you can record your conversation. It comes handy when the topic of the conversation is important and you want to have a copy so you can later review it. I use it on my One suite VIP service and the quality is excellent. Maybe comparable to X-lite soft phone but with record feature. If you can set up your Von age on a Pangolin soft phone (which I think you can) then problem solved and good luck on your task. Take note though that some states require both parties knowledge of the recorded conversation otherwise it would inadmissible in court.

They have great features included with their unlimited plan with call id, call transfer, 3 way call, on line account management, call return, simulating, etc. They also include unlimited calls to international countries like Italy, France, Spain, UK, and Ireland. Plus you get unlimited calls to U.S., Canada and Pert Rico. The only negative comments I have heard about Von age is their customer service complaints. Personally I haven't had any problems with the customer service when I had to contact them. It might be if you are calling their customer service in the middle of night, beyond normal working hours, you might get services from a international country where the calls are routed to. With Von age upon activation, you might have to sign up for a one year commitment.

Error messages are normally stat icy anyway, so you recording won't make a different, they won't even notice it was a jacked message.
