How Can You Swap Activity Points From Your Daily Pointsplus?
From Yahoo! Answers Forum:How can you swap activity points from your daily pointsplus? I have weight watchers tools. I heard that if you have activity points, you can subtract the activity points from your daily points plus. Is this true? If so how do you do it? I wrote to WW and they said it only counts if you used all your weekly points. I'm confused. Thank you oh and what if you don't use your weekly pointsplus? Can you still buy back pointplus?
Answer: This the way it works. First you use all of your Daily Point Plus Target. Once you have spent all of those Points, if you need more Points that day, tools will take away from your Weekly Points Plus Allowance of 49 Points. Then if during the week you spend all of your Weekly Points Plus Allowance, then tools will deduct from the Activity Points Plus earned (they are good to use anytime in the same you week you earned them). You cannot roll over any remaining Points Plus to the following week. You either use them or lose them that week. I hope this helps. Please send me an email if you need any help, or speak to your Weight Watchers Leader.
Are Weight Watchers On line And Weight Watchers Tools The Same Thing?
From Diet & Fitness Forum:Are Weight Watchers on line and weight watchers tools the same thing? I was thinking of doing the monthly pass thing which allows me to go to meetings and use tools. What I am wondering is what tools consists of and if it's the same thing as weight watchers on line. Thanks!
Answer: They are the same, except with weight watchers on line, you do not have meetings. You pay about $16 per month and you have access to the tools and are responsible for weighing yourself and tracking it, but if you are a paying member who attends meetings then you already have access to the tools. Etools are the on line stuff: weight tracker food journal fitness advice recipes All are very helpful, but the meetings are supposed to be a big help on top of the tools because you have extra support. There are forums in weight watchers though, if you need that group support but are too embarrassed to attend meetings. I am just an on line member and I have lost 12 lbs in the last 1 1/2 months, which means I'm right on track by losing 2 lbs per week! Good luck on your goals!

Does Anyone Have A Weight Watchers Tools Access Code That Has Never Been Used That They Can Give Me?
From Diet & Fitness Forum:Does anyone have a Weight Watchers tools access code that has never been used that they can give me?
Answer: I think you already know the answer-no they don't. Nothing in this world is free unless you're standing in the bread line at a shelter-and even there you have to wait then go through a process to be served. Seriously though, you might be able to buy a code for a slightly reduced fee on line-auction sites like EBay sell just about anything you can think of so it might be worth it. I wouldn't do it though-giving your money for a code. Heck, I could take your money too and just make up some numbers. It's the Internet, be careful / you never know who you're dealing with. Really...you want it, pay for it like the rest of the world. You can probably save the same money by watching the grocery sale ads and buying a little more thrifty-just an idea. One other thought: WNW.onemorepound.com is a very comparable site to Weight Watchers that might even help you...and it's free.

Does Anybody Know How Much Per Week It Is For The Weight Watchers Program?
From Diet & Fitness Forum:does anybody know how much per week it is for the weight watchers program?
Answer: Hi I work for Weight Watchers. Depending on where you live, it is generally $14 a week. The most cost effective way to go is to get the Monthly Pass, if they have it in your area. The Monthly Pass is usually $39.95 a month. That out works to be only about $9.22 a week. With the pass you get access to Weight Watchers tools, which is a great resource. All the best to you, Weight Watchers is an awesome program! Check out Weight watchers.com for locations, meeting times, and pricing information.
Is Weight Watchers On line Free?
From Diet & Fitness Forum:Is weight watchers on line free? I want to make an account but I dint wanna pay for anything. Is it free?
Answer: No, the Weight Watchers on line program is not free. Weight Watchers is currently running a campaign that waives the sign up fees when you join the 3 month on line program but you still have to pay the monthly fee. It's still a great deal. I think the offer is good until the end of the month.
