I can't find the specs for the 1999 Yuma, and shouldn't this info be more widely available?...Like from Yamaha, as opposed to a third party? They run from 20-35 bucks usually and are available from your Yamaha dealer (or even in PD format on line...free in some places with a little searching) and if you want to know what battery your scooter takes, look it up on the Yeas site. Answer: To me Thai Bhaji was a great president compared to HZ. The reason I'm saying this is that HZ started in a bad way because of the rape case and all that. Then things got worse with the Stop Yuma Campaign by Helen Zollie. Its not easy to respect Yuma with all the things that has happened but Thai Bhaji was a respected man with only one wife Sanely Bhaji. That's just my opinion.

What oil should I use in my Yamaha Zuma? My oil level is low and I need to know what to put in my 2002 Yamaha Yuma scooter. Also, it gives off a kind of white smoke when I ride it. Any thoughts to what that could be causing that? Also, what are some basic maintenance things to do on a scooter? Because it's been sitting for about 8 years and it can ride intermittently sometimes. Answer: OK well for a start it is running white smoke because 2 much oil is getting through so the bike is burning it up, next to the exhaust there is a needle attached to the cabaret which you tweak to change petrol to oil ratio, wouldn't recommend messing to much though if you dint know what your doing as if you get it wrong it could seize the engine or flood it, ask a pro to take a look or someone who knows what there doing. within regards to oil Castro power 1 scooter T, is very good that's if it is a 2 stroke though if 4 stroke get the T, k mate hope I could help you! :D, I almost forgot basic maintenance would be cleaning out the crab and completely draining oil new spark plug and fuse W's accelerator cable, and buy a new sponge for air filter (or wash it in hot soapy water) make sure it is bone dry before you put it back in though! cheers
